Shipping & Delivery Times

We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery of your order. We make use of The Courier Guy, South Africa's leading courier service for the past 25 years, to deliver your order "Right on-time" and securely. 

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days within South Africa
  • Cost: R 120 for orders
  • Payment confirmation does NOT guarantee same-day packing or shipping.
  • Parcels will be shipped from Monday 10:00 to Thursdays 10:00. No shipping after until Monday 10:00.
  • Orders paid on Friday will be shipped from Monday 10:00
  • The Courier Guy will deliver your order to your home or office at most locations within the Republic of South Africa.
  • Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Delivery to remote areas, plots, farms, mines, power stations, etc. and special deliveries to embassies, government departments, etc. will carry additional surcharges, for the clients account. These additional surcharges can only be confirmed with shipment confirmation, and the customer will be contacted at this time. In the event that the customer is not prepared to pay these additional surcharges, then the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded via EFT payment within 15 work days.
  • It is necessary to provide the following information when requested at checkout:
    • Contact Name and Number
    • Street Address (If complex Name of Complex and Unit number)
    • City/Town
    • Postal Code
  • Please check that this information is correct at ordering.
  • Please note that we cannot refund any product(s) which were not delivered due to an incorrect address.
